Hassleback roasted potatoes ⠀

Mince 2 cloves garlic and pop in 2 tbsp olive oil, then brush over thinly sliced potatoes. Stuff them with fresh rosemary and garlic cloves, add a generous pinch of salt to each and roast at 180C/360F for an hour. Tip: finish off for a further 10 mins on the BBQ (wrapped in tin foil) for extra crispiness.
