Happy Monday, beautiful Insta peeps! Would you like some Asian stir fry rice sticks fully loaded with veggies and tofu in a ?bowl??

My hubby made me this cute looking coconut bowl and I must say it retains heat pretty well plus it looks fancy, isn’t it? Sooo, if you are cold, holding this bowl with wok flavored rice stick is perfect for ya! It was definitely warm for my??

Ok, let’s see how this is made…
Ingredients:
~ 2 cups of soaked rice stick, use the package instructions for preparation
~ 2 cloves of garlic, minced
~ 2 slices of ginger
~ 1 tsp soy sauce
~ 2 tsp stir fry mushroom sauce
~ 1/2 cup of shredded cabbage
~ 1 small bunch of Chinese spinach, or choy sum or yu choy (they have different names at the grocery store)
~ 1 block of pan fried tofu
~ salt and white pepper to taste

In a heated pan with 1 tbsp sesame oil, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add soaked rice stick and all the sauces, give it a good stir until well combined. Stir in tofu, veggie, and cabbage – add a bit of water if it’s too dry, mix well, serve with sesame seeds and sriracha sauce! Yum yum!!
