Super easy to make and definitely fill me up after my workout! Good source of plantbased protein, sweetened with natural sugar from banana and top with some dark chocolate! Not to mention the high potassium from ?

How do you make your chia pudding?
Mine starts with 1/4 cup of almond milk with 2tbsp of chia seed, let sit for an hour or two. I just let it sit in the fridge before workout so it’s ready when I come home.

I used 1 frozen?and 1 fresh?, blend with 1/4 cup of almond milk. Pour into your chia glass and top with dark chocolate chips…
