They taste delicious even without blueberries and are easy to prepare.
And this is how it works.
You need :
150 g curd
65 g of flakes
1 egg
25 g of flour
2 – 3 tablespoons milk
5 g baking powder
Coconut Flavordrops @ got7nutrition or other sweetness.
Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir the ingredients except blueberries (Attention! Very sticky affair) please do not use a whisk or the whole mass will stick ?. Best mixed with a fork. Then carefully fold in the blueberries.
Put a small bowl of water and 2 teaspoons and form small dumplings (like semolina dumplings) out of the dough. Dip the spoons into the water and it won't stick as well.
Warm a coated pan and fry the dumplings with a little margarine or coconut oil.
Takes a bit until they are through!
