Fried Vietnamese Spring Rolls ? — these are usually eaten by taking a piece of lettuce on your palm then adding the fresh mint & thai basil leaves and a spring roll before wrapping everything and dipping it into some homemade vegan ‘fish’ dipping sauce (my take on nuoc cham). You can swipe left to see more! I also of course love eating these spring rolls as is but wrapping them in lettuce with some herbs is really good (and refreshing) too!

This recipe is also from the asian recipes section of my Vegan Kitchen eBook, which you can check out on ???.??/????????? or in the link in my bio!

I also just want to say thank you to everyone who has already gotten a copy of my eBook since you also contributed to the trees that will be planted in @onetreeplanted’s various reforestation efforts across the globe. You can find out more about where the trees will be planted on ???.????????????????????.???/????????????? ?
