Happy #pancakesunday everyone. Do you have a favorite go-to breakfast items on weekends? Made this using the same recipe from my previous post and style with different toppings. Hope you are having a fabulous day.?

Recipe
Dry Ingredients:
~ 1 cup of all-purpose flour
~ 2 tbsp pure cane sugar
~ 1 tablespoon baking powder
~ 1/4 tsp salt
Wet ingredients:
~ 1 1/4 cups of almond milk
~ 1 tbsp oil
Toppings:
~ fresh ?(organic ones are on sale @wholefoods )
~ pure Vermont ? syrup
~ ? jam
~ toasted ? flakes

In a bowl, whisk all dry ingredients together. Pour in the wet ingredients, then mix until combined. The batter will have a thick and lumpy texture. Lightly grease a pan with butter or oil, pour 1/2 cup of batter and pan fry on medium-low heat. When bubbles appear, flip and cook each side until golden brown. Add toppings and enjoy. .
