What you need for this is:
1/2 cube of yeast
320 g water
1 tsp sugar
500 g flour type 405
1.5 tsp salt
Dissolve the yeast with sugar in warm water, add the remaining ingredients and use a food processor (dough hook) to make a dough for a few minutes.
Place the dough in a large bowl with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
The next morning:
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts, grind bread rolls, dust with flour or brush with an egg-milk mixture for a nice shine. Cut the rolls with a knife and
