(eBook news!??) Thai Mango Sticky Rice—one of my favourite desserts! Have your ever tried this? ? It’s made with glutinous (“malagkit”) rice that’s cooked until just about right before being left to cool in a coconut milk mixture then topped off with some toasted sesame seeds and enjoyed with fresh mangoes + a thick coconut sauce. I’ve tried my fair share of Mango Sticky Rice in my 21 years of existence and I’m proud to say this lives up to my standards ??♀️
