Don’t GNOCCH(I) this HONEY SOY glazed shrimp until you try it 🙃. just a reminder meals don’t have to be complicated ❤️This glaze is amazing on chicken, tofu, salmon, shrimp…Sharing this meal from a while back, because though I have multiple recipes in the queue to share, I’m busy uploading a bunch of fall recipes to the blog today! Deets: arugula, roasted purple Brussels (seasoned with salt and pepper and tossed in coconut oil, and roasted on 450 for about 20 minutes), @traderjoes cauliflower gnocchi (baked and tossed in coconut oil, salt and paprika on 450 in a cast iron pan for about 10-15 minutes shaking pan every few minutes), avocado and this shrimp. Simply boil the shrimp for 3 minutes, and then toss in sauce. Sauce: 1/2 cup soy sauce or liquid aminos, 1 garlic clove minced, 1/2 cup honey…bring all to a boil then reduce heat, add 3 teaspoons tapioca starch mixed with 1/3 cup water and cook down until becomes thick. •
