Perfect post run dinner right here 😍 Whenever I’m on a run, I’m always planning out my next meal 😂 Helps me push through the last few miles 😜 Nothing can motivate quite like a good piece of salmon 😉 I kept the seasoning simple with chipotle spice + pink Himalayan salt👌🏻 For the zoodles, I sautéed them in olive oil for just a few minutes so they were still a tiny bit crispy and not soggy 💯 I always try to structure my meals with a protein source, carb, healthy fat (in this case the pesto and the salmon), and lots of veggies for fiber 👌🏻 They don’t all end up with the perfect balance of each but this one came pretty close 😎 Ready to get back on the wedding planning game this evening but first getting my evening walk in with the girls 🐶 🐶 💓 Hope you all had a good start to the week! -⠀
