🍅Creamy pasta salad🍅While it may not look like it, this is actually a balanced meal. This dressing contains a decent amount of both protein (from chickpeas) and good fat (from tahini). Just pair with your favorite cooked pasta (room temperature) and lots of veggies. Topped with dulse seaweed sprinkles for iodine!😜
🍅Recipe: oil-free tahini chickpea dressing: Blend on high: 2/3 cups garbanzos (rinsed and drained), 5 tbsp tahini, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tbsp + 1 tsp low-sodium tamari, 2-1/2 tbsp lemon juice, and 1/2 cup almond milk. Add a few tablespoons water as needed. Salt to taste. .
