Creamy noodles and all the veggies to celebrate Friday 🌈🍃 TGIF friends!! 💃✨💃✨

What are you excited for this weekend? Do you ever add noodles to salad? 🍃🌟

This is new for me, but I figured, if I can add noodles to a dish then why not?! 😉
.
The noodles (@nasoya tofu shirataki) are covered in my creamy tahini dressing from yesterday’s post! The recipe is: 1/4 cup pourable tahini + juice of 1 lime or lemon + 2 T water + 1 t maple syrup + 1/2 t salt + 1/2 t cumin…add a dash of cayenne or sriracha to spice things up 🌞🌞

Also featuring fresh mint, red cabbage, red bell pepper, cucumber, corn, and beautiful leafy greens from @bright_farms from a recent trip for all these bright veggies at @giantfoodstores 🌈🍃🌈🍃
