Comforting breakfast for a rainy September day ☁☔🍃 Cold peanut buttery chia oats topped with a crunchy, chewy mixture of dried cranberries, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and salted sunflower seeds. Add on some banana and cinnamon, and it’s a bowl of heaven 😍❤ This is half cup dry rolled oats, 1 cup almond milk, 1.5 T chia seeds, and 1.5 T de-fatted peanut flour mixed in a bowl and left to thicken for about 30 minutes. Stir a few times along the way 🌸🍃
