Coconut chia pudding:⠀
🍓 place a cup or two in a pot with a tablespoon of maple syrup and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Take off heat and set aside.⠀
🥥 add two tablespoon and at least 1 cup of almond milk to a bowl. Stir vigoursly for a few seconds and then every few minutes for up to 10 minutes to break up the chunks.⠀
🥥 add 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and coconut yogurt (about 2 tablespoons) to sweeten and thicken.⠀
🥥 let it sit for at least an hour. ⠀
Layer with jam, yogurt (coloured with natural food colourings) and chia pudding.
