CHOCOLATE QUINOA PORRIDGE ✨ Craving this porridge on this gloomy Saturday day- I hope you’re all having a great day so far! 🍂.

To make 👇🏼:
Bring 1/2 cup of quinoa in 1 cup of plant-based milk, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, a pinch of salt + 1 tbsp maple syrup to a low boil, then cover and let simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes fully cooked. Once it’s cooked, add any toppings of your choice – I caramelized a banana in 1 tsp of coconut oil, then added a handful of frozen berries, a sprinkle of hemp hearts. Enjoy! 💛
