1/4 tsp pure vanilla
1 tsp pure maple syrup
1 1/2 tbsp @thechiaco chia seeds

Mix all ingredients excluding chia seeds until combined. Stir in chia seeds until completely covered. Refrigerate for 4 hours. .
Pitaya layer –
1/2 cup pitaya
1/2 frozen banana
