CHICKPEA MASH ✨ Is there anything more beautiful than a no-cook summer meal? To make 👇🏼:
Mash 1 can of drained and rinsed chickpeas, then add 4 stalks of chopped celery, 1/4 red onion, diced, 1 red bell pepper, diced, 2 tbsp tahini (can sub vegan mayo), 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp relish, 1 pickle diced, the juice of 1 lemon, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix together and enjoy! 💛
