Cheezy Hash Browns ? ? ? Lets start the weekend a little early and celebrate with some crispy potato cheezy goodness – HASH BROWNS- currently eating for dinner #fryyay ?? What you need:: 2 lbs of russet potatoes ( about 4 med potatoes), 4 green onions finely chopped, 2tbl arrowroot ,1 cup shredded vegan cheese, 1/2 tsp garlic, 1 tsp smoked paprika, salt pepper 1/2 tsp each, 1 tbl vegan butter
1️⃣ Parboil Potatoes: In a large pot, cover potatoes with cold water, add 1 tbs kosher salt. Bring to a boil, cook 8-10min
2️⃣Shred Potatoes with food processor or box grater
3️⃣ Place shredded potatoes in a bowl, add seasoning, arrowroot & cheese, mix well
4️⃣Form into patties (I used 1/2 cup each) making 8 patties
5️⃣Heat butter on a non stick pan on med. Cook 13-15 minutes flipping around the 8 min mark
