Celebrating Taco Tuesday with the BEST MEXICAN CUMIN-LIME CAULIFLOWER RICE and HABANERO SHRIMP! Happy Tuesday loves! Hope you’re week is off to a great start. I made this for dinner last night and it was 💣! My boyfriend isn’t a fan of cauliflower rice but he LOVED this. Topped with lots of avocado and tomato! This recipe is #whole30 approved. I’ve been baking and shooting for my cookbook all day, just finally took a break for some lunch. Anyone have any fun Halloween plans? •


Deets: @lef_farms greens. Cauliflower rice: Heat 1 tablespoon coconut oil over medium high and add 3 cups cauliflower rice, 1/2 chopped onion, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1/2 chopped red pepper, 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms, 1 cup chopped cabbage. Sauté for about 5 minutes until veggies soften. Add 2 teaspoon @bragglivefoodproducts coconut aminos, 1/2 teaspoon each of salt, garlic powder, onion powder, chipotle chili powder and paprika, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 tablespoon Lime juice, 1/3 cup chopped Cilantro. Toss a few times over the heat and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve! Topped with shrimp seared in coconut oil, coconut aminos and some @sietefoods habanero sauce (2 minutes per side on medium high). •
