Deets: Meatballs: one pound ground turkey, 1 egg, 2/3 cup finely chopped mushrooms, 1/3 cup chopped cilantro, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and 1/2 cup finely chopped Visalia onion. Roll into 2 inch balls and bake on 400 for 20-24 mins. While they are cooking make sauce: blend together: 1 cup pineapple purée,
2 tablespoons @thedatelady date syrup, 1 tablespoon @primalkitchenfoods unsweetened ketchup, 1 tablespoon @yellowbirdsauce sriracha, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. When meatballs are done, add them to a skillet and pour the sauce over them. Cook over medium heat for about ten minutes. Served with avocado, cauliflower rice with salt/cilantro, and sliced pineapple coated in sriracha and coconut aminos and seared for 30 seconds on high.
