Brown Rice Pasta with Roasted Broccoli and Brussels Sprouts 🙋🍃🍅 Simple marinara recipe is below and is totally kid approved (some prefer it blended..you know…those tomato chunk haters 😉)Had this delicious dish earlier this week 👍 This is satisfying on its own, but also added tofu for leftovers 😋🔥 for extra protein and getting that belly full! 🍃🍅🌈 I love the texture of roasted vegetables, is anyone with me on that?🙋 Have a great day friends! 🌞🎉🌞🎉 .

Recipe: Cook 1/2 medium finely diced onion in 2 T olive oil with 1 teaspoon kosher salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper over medium heat until translucent. Add 3 cloves minced or grated garlic and cook one more minute. Add 28 oz. can crushed tomato, 2 teaspoons each oregano and dried basil, stir, and gently simmer (partially covered) for 10 minutes! Add more salt/pepper if desired 🍅🍅
