It’s really been a while since I had the luxury of time to get creative in the kitchen and come up with new recipes so I’ve just been having a lot of my usual go-to’s lately. A lot of things I want to do have been on hold because of school and I can’t say I’m very happy about it. I’ve had to put my eBook plans aside first because I didn’t want to have to rush into it since I was initially squeezing in a few hours a day to test recipes in the kitchen, shoot, edit, and layout afterwards but ended up always rushing because I knew I had other stuff to do. I really want to be able to work on something wholeheartedly and having my attention divided just wasn’t really working well for me. I’m down to my last few requirements in school this semester but they’re major requirements that might just make or break my sem. So I’m definitely going to focus on those first. Then afterwards, I really can’t wait until I’m on my month long break because I can’t wait to finally have time for myself and time when I won’t feel bad for not being as productive as I can. Anyway, I hope you all have a great weekend ahead! This weekend is going to be dedicated to work and lots of school stuff so I can’t say it’s much of a break for me, really, but at least I don’t have regular classes anymore ?
