➕➕INGREDIENTS
1 cup frozen (or fresh) berries
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp arrowroot powder (or cornstarch), mixed with 1 tbsp water
Coconut yoghurt (however much you want!)
Granola for topping

⏩⏩Instructions
Put the berries and maple syrup in a saucepan and heat until the berries have burst and the mixture is like a soft jam. Then add the arrowroot and water mixture and stir through until the berries thicken. Allow cooling slightly

Serve topped with the coconut yoghurt and granola!
