Baked Tater Tots 🥔🥔🥔 Who wants some taters? It’s really the little things in life that get you through it all & give you joy. Tater tots are just one of those things 🤗🙃 What you need: 1 1/2 lbs russet potatoes (about 3 medium) 2tbl nutritional yeast, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 onion powder, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1/4 paprika,1tbl arrowroot, 1tbl neutral oil
1️⃣Preheat oven 425 degrees F, place rack in the middle of oven
2️⃣ Parboil potatoes: Cover potatoes with water, and bring to a boil over med/high heat and cook for about 12 min- till fork tender-not crumbly.
3️⃣Peel off potato skins while warm using side of fork, then use box grater to grate
4️⃣ In a bowl combine potatoes with seasoning
5️⃣Take 2tbl of mixture & form into a cylindrical shape and place on oil misted parchment paper.
6️⃣Sprinkle arrowroot on both sides, I did this by using a tea infuser, you can also use a sifter, or mesh strainer
7️⃣ Mist tots with oil. Bake in oven for 30 min flipping at half way point.
