🌱Recipe
Avo Pesto
Process until smooth: 2 ripe avocados, 1/2 c walnuts, 2 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 large garlic clove, 1/3 c olive oil, 1 large bunch basil, 1/2 tsp salt. Mix with whole grain or gluten-free pasta.
🌱Pistachio Parmesan
Add to food processor or coffee grinder: 1/4 c pistachios, 1/4 c cashews, 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast, 1/2 tsp garlic powder. (Nuts can be subbed with whatever you have at home.) .
Topped with chives and broccoli sprouts.
