1 tsp sweet paprika powder
2 tsp vegetable broth | parsley | salt, pepper |
2 tbsp oil for frying

preparation
Clean the mushrooms and cut off the ends of the stems; then halve or quarter, depending on the size. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Finely chop the chives and mix the cream cheese, tomato paste, paprika powder and vegetable stock in a bowl. Add a little dash of water, add the mushrooms, onion and garlic and fry.
Now add the cream cheese mixture and the chives, and simmer everything on a low flame, season with salt and pepper.
