APPLE CINNAMON PANCAKES ✨ Happy thanksgiving to all my fellow Canadians 🍂 I spent this weekend with family and I fully intend on spending the rest of the day relaxing + reflecting on how grateful I am for everything I have in my life, which definitely includes all of you 💛 Forever grateful to get to share with you all and do what I love everyday ✨ What are you grateful for? 🍂.

To make 👇🏼:
Combine 2 bananas, 1.5 cups of oats, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1.5 cups of plant-based milk + 1 tsp vanilla in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Cook like regular pancakes. While the pancakes are cooking, sauté 1 chopped apple in a tsp of cinnamon and a splash of maple syrup until softened and golden. Serve together with peanut butter, maple syrup + enjoy!
