3-grain fried rice?

Happy Hump day, my Insta friends?. It’s midweek and I crave for something simple with no recipe?. Fried ? is the simplest meal to put together, agree? (Check out 1serving fried ? on my highlights)

Have you tried black rice before? It’s also known as ‘forbidden rice’ or ’emperor’s rice’. You can google to see its health benefits. I love it because of the texture. It’s chewy, nutty and crunchy – SOO good!?
Usually, I have at least 5 types of grains in the pantry?. My variety includes brown, black, Jasmine, Basmati, sushi rce, quinoa and one fancy mix (like Trader Joe’s brown rice mix with pearl barley). Each type has different function. For this fried rice, I used black & Jasmine rice.

Recipe (serves 2-3)
Ingredients:
~ 1 cup cooked black rice (used @lotusfoods )
~ 1 cup cooked Jasmine rice
~ 1 ear fresh ?, remove kernel
~ 1/2 cup chopped King oyster/any low moisture content ?
~ 2 cloves garlic, sliced
~ 3 tablespoons chopped scallions
~ tamari/coconut amino/soy sauce as preference
~ white pepper
~ oil & sesame oil

In a heated non-stick pan with 2 teaspoons oil, sauté garlic & mushrooms until lightly brown. Add cooked rice & season with sauce of your choice. (This fried rice is good even with just salt, really?)

Stir in ? kernels and scallions, season with dash of white pepper, cook for another 2 minutes or until corn is thoroughly cook but not too soft. Turn off heat, and drizzle some sesame oil on top, give it a quick stir. Serve warm on a bed of lettuce.
How simple is that??
