2018 is GNOCCHIng at my door today, because I’m not leaving this trend behind ? FISH FRIDAY with CHILI LIME HALIBUT and LEMON CILANTRO PUMPKIN SEED PESTO is my new obsession. HAPPY FRIDAY loves, I hope you’re all having a fabulous week. I’m looking forward to the weekend, some down time and also getting some packing done at my apartment. This lunch was perfect today! Recipes below. What are your plans this weekend?



Deets: @eatmarkethouse halibut, seared in coconut oil on medium high for 3 minutes per side and seasoned with @traderjoes chili lime seasoning. Roasted tomatoes, steamed then charred green beans, olives and @traderjoes (sautéed in a little@olive oil then baked on 450 in cast iron!) cauliflower gnocchi. Pesto: 1/2 head cilantro, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds, 1 clove of garlic, 3 tablespoons olive oil…blended in my @mealthy immersion blender.
