Cakes ? should not be missing at the weekend! Who agrees? This tangerine sour cream cake is one of my favorite cakes, it is quick to make and Saulecker ?! I think the consistency is so great!
You can of course replace the sugar with other sweeteners if you want!
I’ve already baked it sugar-free but it tastes best to us!

Have a nice Sunday ??. ??????? – Shortcrust pastry:
250 g flour
125 g of sugar
100 g margarine
1 egg
2 tablespoons of neutral oil
1/2 packet of baking powder
??????? – filling:
500 ml milk
2 packets of vanilla pudding powder
120 g of sugar
600 g sour cream
2 small cans of tangerines drained
??????????? – dough:
Put all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and use your hands to make a dough, remove from the bowl and knead again briefly. Then press into a greased 26er springform pan and pull up an edge.
??????????? – filling:
Mix the milk together with the pudding powder and sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil on the stove. Let the pudding cool for about 10 minutes, then stir in the sour cream. Finally fold in the drained mandarins. Careful, otherwise they will crumble. Then pour the smooth mass into the cake tin. Adjust the height of the rim with a fork. Bake for 60 minutes at 175 degrees, preheated on a middle rail. Finally, on sight, cake should definitely be nice brown. Only cut the cake after it has cooled down, as the mass has to solidify.
