These creamy rice pudding balls are not just great for what. Yesterday we cooked too much rice pudding as usual .. And since it gets really boring to eat it cold from the bowl the next day I had to try these little balls. They are super delicious, made really fast and just something else ?.

Recipe:
1 vanilla pod
250 ml of vegetable milk
400 ml of coconut milk
4 tablespoons of Xucker (or more to taste)
a tonka bean * @spice_bar
200 g rice pudding.

Milk with rice, coconut milk, xucker, tonka bean, bring to a boil. Simmer with occasional stirring over low heat for 25 minutes.

cooled rice pudding
6 crackers (crumbled)
2 tablespoons butter
Cinnamon @spice_bar

Make small balls from cooled rice pudding.
Crumble the rusks, heat the butter in a pan, add the crumbs and add a little roast.
Remove from the heat and toss the rice balls in it.
